The Hamsa is a traditional symbol for good luck and protection from evil, decorated in thousands of variations, always a blessing. This Hamsa has the eternal verse “I am my beloved’s and my beloved is mine” at its fingertips, as well as the word “LOVE”. Pomegranates stand for good virtue and abundance. The Hamsa is set in front of a fenced garden, in a perfect square that evokes the perfect home. The verses that go around come from the 7th blessing of the marriage, “Joy and bliss, groom and bride, song and happiness, rejoicing and delight, love and affection, and peace and friendship”, and from Song of Songs, “I have found the one whom my soul loves”.
