Embrace Ketubah

Based on a combination of drawings by Egon Schiele. Fluid and organic, a rainbow encloses the bride and groom, with every color vividly conveying a primal energy, with the emotion of affection and love. The Song of Songs emerges beneath, symbolic of flesh, body, and sensuality." My designs are interpretations from the great masters of modern art. Drawings and watercolors combine with mixed media and alternative printmaking, forming the modern ketubah. My inspiration is a variety of artists and movements through out art history: masters of mixed media and painting like klimt, diebenkorn, johns, picasso, lichtenstein and carle, to traditional japanese and chinese watercolors and drawings, tonature.
